[ At some point, Toph will receive a message on her device. ]

Hey, Toph! Just letting you know that I'm sending you a gift. It should be arriving there soon. Happy holidays!

[ When she finishes the message, she'll hear the familiar buzz of Clover's wings, as the palisman sets a box someplace where Toph will easily be able to find it. Inside the box is a dried flower hair comb. The flowers are surprisingly sturdy, and no matter how roughly they're handled they don't fall apart or crumble. ]

Oh! Wait. What holiday? Is that what everyone's preparing for?

[ She found the box, not opening it just yet, but then... she can already feel what's inside. ]

Yeah, I guess in some places there's a really popular holiday this time of year? Luz was telling me about it, and it does sound like fun.

[ She likes the idea of giving people gifts. ]

Anyway, I hope you like yours. I know you won't really be able to see what it looks like on you, but I thought it'd be nice for you.

I don't really care what it looks like anyway. It's a gift from a friend, so I want to wear it.

[ Sometimes things really are that simple. ]

Never heard of the holiday, but if I find something I might drop it off for you. Are you doing anything special to celebrate?

[ Willow smiles, even though Toph can't see it. Honestly, she'd be the same way too. Still, she thinks the hair comb would look pretty in Toph's hair anyway. ]

Yeah we don't really have this holiday back home either, but it's pretty common where Luz is from, so we're celebrating it with her. You don't have to worry about getting me anything, though.

[ She likes giving things to her friends, and she isn't really expecting anything in return. ]

You say that. But I'll figure something out. It might just be a cool rock though.

Are you going to visit sometime? I want to hang out with both of you.

[ Willow laughs. ] Honestly, I'd be okay with a cool rock.

[ She will proudly display it in her garden. ]

[ There's a pause.... ]

I don't know where you live, actually.

Oh... [ That's probably a good point. ] You wanna come over now? That way I can show you where we are, and you can come visit whenever.

You'd have to show me. A maps not going to do any good.

Sure thing! Gimme a few minutes and I can come by, and then we can walk over together?

[ As promised, Toph'll be home in a bit, staying near the tea shop with Zuko. ]

[ Willow waits a bit, and even when she finally heads over, she opts to walk with Clover hovering beside her instead of riding her staff, to give the other girl more time to arrive back.

When she finally gets there, she glances around a bit and calls out. ] Hey, Toph! I'm here.

[toph_luck]

I hear you!

[ One of the hill house doors open up. Nice and small, perfect for a bunch of teens occupying the place! Out steps Toph, dressed in green as always and rather clean looking for once? She tidies up a bit when she's in the house, partly because of Zuko's grumbling. ]

What are you waiting for, come in!

[anything_grows]

[ Willow laughs a little, and while she thinks about pointing out that the whole point was to walk over to her place to show Toph where she lives, she's also a bit curious because she doesn't think she's ever really seen the inside of Toph's home.

So she steps inside with a 'thanks', and she can't help glancing around a bit. ]

[ She'll probably get a better sense of atmosphere than Toph ever has. Zuko's choice of decorations is almost certainly impacted by the fact that Toph doesn't really care what colours or images he uses.

Still, it's neat, cozy. There's a warm homely vibe without being too energetic or cluttered. Very 'princely' in a way, if more rustic given the hilly location. ]

I don't really know if it looks nice or not, but the main area's over there, and my room's just down there! Figured you might as well see before we go.
